New Patient Information

Today is your New Patient Introductory visit which includes:

- Meeting the Doctor: Dr. Lawrence A. Wood, Jr., as well as his fabulous assistant.
- A thorough Health Screening involving simple chiropractic tests
- A unique and highly accurate examination which includes a revolutionary computerized nerve analysis. Basic pictures of your spine (if necessary) to determine the condition of your spine.
 

Individuals with insurance providers will be assessed customary expences. The Doctor will discuss the actual value of the services that you will be receiving today, but our special introductory offer for new cash patients is $147.00 today. 

At the end of today’s visit, you will be scheduling your Report of findings with Doctor Wood.

             1.  Your next visit is extremely important,  the doctor will provide you with our very best recommendations for your future care and discuss the most cost-effective and affordable ways for you to benefit from our advanced care.  Since you’ll be making an incredibly important decision about your future health at this report, the Doctor requests that you bring your spouse with you so that he/she has a complete understanding of your exam results and recommendations. You will then receive a gently customized spinal adjustment. This first adjustment is beneficial for you to experience our care and for the doctor to monitor your response.

           The report takes approximately 45 minutes and is done at 10:30AM or 2:00PM .

 *Although we are a Family Practice, we kindly request that you either arrange for childcare during your Doctor’s Report, or have your children play in our “Chiro Kids Area” during your report.
